We
did point out that we could see a potential need for facilities located here. We are a few miles
away from Casselberry. One of those would be some type of mini warehousing facility where we
could materials moved from our main warehouse here to have them available for new
construction and maintenance. An area for staging crews, for them to receive work and go out in
the mornings, a minimal amount of office space and probably communications equipment that
would need to be installed to bring information back if we were doing the, the dispatching and
trouble crew, trouble call answering to bring them back to our main facility and that might
include some requirements for communication equipment at the sub-stations to bring data back
to our facility. That's the end of the first part of the presentation I had on engineering operations.
Before we move into the power supply area, I would be glad to answer any questions you might
have at this point.

BRUCE PRONOVOST: Any questions?

SUSAN DOERNER: Not at this point.

BRUCE PRONOVOST: Thank you, go ahead.

KEN DAVIS: Ok, I am going to turn it over to Ben, Ben Sharma, is our Vice President of
Power Supply and talk briefly about the power supply issues.

BEN SHARMA: Thank you, Ken. Good evening Mayor Pronovost and other Commissioners.
We realized the City of Casselberry that this town the processes more on the distribution
reliability, hut yet we thought that we would also can go ahead and see, you know, full of slides
about our capability of power supply, about power supply. But when we did that, but I am not
sorry because I saw in this agenda tonight you have an item to discuss later on about RFP for
bulk wholesale power providers. So with that I thought it was pretty appropriate. At KUA,
KUA, we have been in power production business for about ten decades, almost a hundred years,
like Mr. Davis said. We currently operate two power plants with twelve units. Those
...(INAUDIBLE)...units that vary fi.om two milowats up to two hundred and fifty milowats, and
five of those units they run on diesel gas and of course we also have the most recent, the one that
went on line January 25, of 2002 that's the come on cycle plan to, to the most up to date
