We have in the department, power supply department, seventy employees and those
employees are cross- trained around all kinds of units and so we can ...(1NAUDIBLE)...them in
the...(1NAUDIBLE) power plants. Of course, since October of 2002, Kissimmee Utility
Authority joined the Florida Municipal Power Agencies all requirements project. Under that
scenario, for the future power generation plans, even if Casselberry becomes a customer of KUA,
we will be not doing it, but FMPA will do it on our behalf, and...(1NAUDIBLE)... And we
realize or we know that due to certain legislative rule, Casselberry directly cannot buy pump
power fi.om FMPA. But we have the alternative here, Casselberry being a wholesale customer of
KUA, with no mark up. We get the power, bulk power from FMPA in our end just direct it to
Casselberry. Of course electricity does not, exactly does not come fi'om some other source to
KUA then to here. It will come fi.om sources to Casselberry directly, but accounting-wise, we
can...(1NAUDIBLE)...this procedure. That is my sole presentation on the bulk power supply
because it was not warranted for but yet went ahead presented here. If any of the
Commissioners, Mayor, or you have any question?

BRUCE PRONOVOST: Any questions?

AL CLARK: In order to supply, okay; ifI am understanding this correctly, we've got two
approaches. One is that you would generate the power and supply it here and secondly, you
would just purchase bulk power through FMPA. Is that; am I correct in my thinking there?

BEN SHARMA: That is right. Again, FMPA wouldn't give you the power. At our power plant
we, we can generate ten...(INAUDIBLE).., up to four hundred and ten milowat, and after four
hundred and ten milowats, belongs to FMPA. And that...(INAUD1BLE)...

AL CLARK: Oh. I see, okay. So, there's a certain amount of excess power that you're
generating at this time.

BEN SHARMA: That's right. Our crew, our crew like you said, purchases power agreements
with bigger companies.

AL CLARK: So picking up the City of Casselberry with about 25,000, whatever our citizenry
is, would not require you to go into some sort of expansion program.

BEN SHARMA: ...(INAUDIBLE)._No. I thought that you had about fourteen thousand
