The applicant shall pay all impact fees prior to issuance of City of Casselberry permits. <br /> <br />The applicant must meet all Public Works requirements prior to issuance of a site <br />construction permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must meet all Fire Department requirements prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />A site construction permit issued by the Public Works Department and building permit <br />issued by the Building Division must be obtained. The payment of Impact Fees and <br />approved site plans will be required prior to issuance of the building perrrfit. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Permits for driveway improvements shall be obtained from Seminole County and Florida <br />State Dept. of Transportation prior to issuance of the site construction permit. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />A btfilding address must be obtained for each structure from Seminole County Addressing <br />prior to issuance of a building permit by the City of Casselberry. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />Site plan approval is valid for twelve months from the date of City Commission approval. <br />A building permit must be obtained within this period of time or the approval expires. An <br />extension may be requested prior to expiration of the site plan approval. <br /> <br />14. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods or materials on the site. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Approval (southern elevation of the Rotunda increased to 48') and <br />amendment (front elevation of the Rotunda increased to 36'8') regarding building heights. <br /> <br />Staff recommendation: Recommend City Commission approve the LA Fitness site plan (SPR 03- <br />01), at the March 24, 2003 Commission Meting based on the preceding conditions as approved by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission on February 25, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost requested that pedestrian stripping between buildings be added as criteria for <br />approval of SPR 03-01. Mr. Mitch Collins, representative of LA Fitness, stated that he would not <br />have a problem including pedestrian stripping between the comers of the two landscape islands <br />between the two buildings. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A1 Clark that SPR 03-01, LA Fitness <br />and Retail Store Site Plan, be approved as submitted by the Community <br />Development Director, to include amendments regarding height elevations <br /> <br /> <br />
