CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of Fehrua~ 10, 2003 - ReguLar Meeting <br />Page 9 of 11 <br /> <br />Audience Input: <br /> <br />1) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 South Triplet Lake Drive, voiced concerns regarding the impact <br />the refund would have to the City's budget. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolution 03- <br />1404 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br />11. BOARD APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Board of Adiustment <br /> <br />There was one (1) appoiutmeut to the Board of Adjustment to be considered by the City Commission to fill <br />an unexpired term. Mayor Pronovost requested nominations for the appointment to the Board of Adjustment. <br />Vice Mayor Clark nominated William Lovett. No further nominations were made. Mayor Pronovost closed <br />nominations to the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to appoint William Lovett to the Board of Adjustment, term effective to <br />January 2004. <br /> <br />Parks & Recreation Advisory Board <br /> <br />There was one (1) appointment to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board to be considered by the City <br />Commission to fill an unexpired tenn. Mayor Pronovost requested nominations for appointment to the Parks <br />& Recreation Advisory Board. Vice Mayor Clark nominated Danielle Yvonne Mose. No further <br />nominations were made. Mayor Pronovost closed nominations to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to appoint Danielle Yvonne Mose to the Parks & Recreation Advisory <br />Board, term effective to January 2004. <br /> <br />12. REVISIONS TO SENIOR CENTER ADVISORY BOARD BY-LAWS <br /> <br />Mr. Fortini presented revisions to Senior Center Advisory Board's by-laws as recommended by the Board <br />and staff. The revisions are outlined in Mr. Fortini's January 16, 2003 inter-office memorandum to Mr. <br />Schluckebier. (A copy of Mr. Fortini's January 16, 2003 inter-office memorandum including the <br />revised by-laws is attached to and made a part of these minutes.) <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the revisions to <br />the Senior Center Advisory Board by-laws as outlined <br />in Mr. Fortini's January 16, 2003 inter-office <br />memorandum to Mr. Schluckebier. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
