RESOLUTION 03-1403 CONTRACT RENEWAL WITH FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - MEDIAN AND RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE FOR US HIGHWAY 17-92 AND STATE ROAD 436 MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 03-1403 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1403 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO THE FIRST RENEWAL OF THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Mr. Goucher stated Resolution 03-1403 provides for the first renewal of the highway maintenance memorandum of agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the sections of State Road 436 andU.S. Highway 17-92 located within the city limits. StaffrecommendedapprovalofResolution03-1403 as presented. MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolution 03- 1403 as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 10. RESOLUTION 03-1404 - REFUND OF IRRIGATION RATES CHARGED FROM 10/1/02 - 2/1/03 MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 03-1404 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1404 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A REFUND FOR CITY CUSTOMERS WHO PAID IRRIGATION BILLS BETWEEN OCTOBER 1, 2002 AND FEBRUARY 1, 2003; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." No staffpresentation was made.
