I Overgrowth, Weeds, Trash, and Debris Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-004211, subsequent case located at 499 Julian Lane was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated January 16, 2025, and the fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on January 30, 2025. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There was no one present. Discussion: There was no further discussion. Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-004211 located at 499 Julian Lane, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.c.1 and the $100.00 per day fine was imposed and will continue to run until compliance has been achieved. CE -24-004463: 1555 SR 436 Violation — City Code 3-10.2.3.a.iv Front -end -loaded Refuse Container Screening Requirements Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-004463, subsequent case located at 1555 SR 436 was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated January 16, 2025, and the fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on February 17, 2025. CE -24-004200: Parcel # 33-21-30-515-0000-0000 Violation: 68-104 Sidewalk Construction — Not in Compliance City Code 3-15.4.4 Paving of Parking Surface, Maintenance and Construction Specifications. Parking Lot Maintenance. In Compliance Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-004200, located at Players Park Parcel # 33-21-30-515-0000-0000.
