Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, February 20, 2025 <br />Page 4 <br />compliance by April 17, 2025, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of April 17, 2025, to determine <br />compliance. There was no one present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: There was no further discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-004200, located <br />at Parcel # 33-21-30-515-OCOO-0000 and was found in violation of 68-104 and if there is no compliance a <br />$100.00 per day fine will be imposed. The Respondent was given until April 17, 2025, 1 p.m., to achieve <br />compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on April 17, 2025, to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />C. CE -24-004555: 514 Jupiter Way <br />Violation: City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c 1 &2 Outdoor/Open Air Storage — Residential. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-004555 was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />D. CE -24-004650: 424 Forest Park Lane <br />Violation: City Code 3-10.3.c.1 Overgrowth, Weeds, Trash, and Debris. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-004650 was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />E. CE -24.004660: 821 Wolf Trail <br />Violations: City Code 3-10.9.d.2.a.2 Recreational Equipment Screening Requirements. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-004660 was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />F. CE -25-000005:130 Golden Days Drive <br />Violations: City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c 1&2 Outdoor/Open Air Storage — Residential. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -25-000005, located <br />at 130 Golden Days Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on February 17, <br />2025. The City requested a correction date of March 06, 2025. If there is no compliance by March 06, <br />2025, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of March 20, 2025, to determine compliance. This is the <br />third violation of this code in the last 12 months. There was a present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: Todd Sterling Radcliff, 316 E Maine Avenue was sworn in and gave testimony. Mr. Radcliff s <br />mom is the property owner, and the home has been vacant for 3-4 years, mainly used for storage.
