CE -24-002763: 606 Desoto Drive Violation — City Code 3-10.3.c.6 Carport, Front Porch, or Porte-Cochere Storage City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or Inoperable Vehicle(s). Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-002763, subsequent case located at 606 Desoto Drive was in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated January 16, 2025, and no fine should be imposed. No further action was taken, B. CE -24-002892: 641 Kentia Road Violations — City Code 3-10.3.a.4 Roofs, Gutters, Down Spouts — Maintenance Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-002892, subsequent case located at 641 Kentia Road was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated January 16, 2025, and the fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on February 17, 2025. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There was a representative present to speak about this case. Discussion: Joe Tarminef representative for property owners, 3801 Avalon Park East Boulevard, 4200, Orlando, FL 32828 stated the purpose of him attending the February 20, 2025, hearing was to ask for An extension, but he might have been a month late. The family is trying to get the property into compliance. Mr. Tarminef asked if the Special Magistrate might entertain and extension. The Special Magistrate asked if the City has a response. Ms. Acevedo advised permit records were checked and there was no permit found; the City stands with the fines running. Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-002892 located at 641 Kentia Road, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.a.4 and the $100.00 per day fine was imposed and will continue to run until compliance has been achieved. CE -24-003429: 692 Vallejo Court Violation — City Code 3-10.9.c.l.a Recreational Equipment (Utility trailers, RV, Camper, ATV, ETC) Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-003429, subsequent case located at 692 Vallejo Court was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated January 16, 2025, and the fine of $75.00 per day should be imposed to begin on January 30, 2025. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There was no one present. Discussion: There was no further discussion. Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-003429 located at 692 Vallejo Court, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.9.c. La and the $75.00 per day fine was imposed and will continue to rim until compliance has been achieved.
