CE -24-002763: 606 Desoto Drive <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.3.c.6 Carport, Front Porch, or Porte-Cochere Storage <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or Inoperable Vehicle(s). <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-002763, <br />subsequent case located at 606 Desoto Drive was in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />January 16, 2025, and no fine should be imposed. No further action was taken, <br />B. CE -24-002892: 641 Kentia Road <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.3.a.4 Roofs, Gutters, Down Spouts — Maintenance <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-002892, <br />subsequent case located at 641 Kentia Road was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />January 16, 2025, and the fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on February 17, 2025. The <br />Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There <br />was a representative present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: Joe Tarminef representative for property owners, 3801 Avalon Park East Boulevard, 4200, <br />Orlando, FL 32828 stated the purpose of him attending the February 20, 2025, hearing was to ask for An <br />extension, but he might have been a month late. The family is trying to get the property into compliance. <br />Mr. Tarminef asked if the Special Magistrate might entertain and extension. The Special Magistrate asked <br />if the City has a response. Ms. Acevedo advised permit records were checked and there was no permit <br />found; the City stands with the fines running. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-002892 located <br />at 641 Kentia Road, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.a.4 and the $100.00 per day <br />fine was imposed and will continue to run until compliance has been achieved. <br />C. CE -24-003429: 692 Vallejo Court <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.9.c.l.a Recreational Equipment (Utility trailers, RV, Camper, ATV, <br />ETC) <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-003429, <br />subsequent case located at 692 Vallejo Court was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />January 16, 2025, and the fine of $75.00 per day should be imposed to begin on January 30, 2025. The <br />Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There <br />was no one present. <br />Discussion: There was no further discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-003429 located <br />at 692 Vallejo Court, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.9.c. La and the $75.00 per day <br />fine was imposed and will continue to rim until compliance has been achieved. <br />
