CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 10, 2025 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 12 <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Conunission approval to provide funding <br />for Oxford Road surcharge utility relocates — Seminole County Project, in the amount of $154,431. <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />402-0751-536.63-40 Infrastructure/PW2521 $154,431 <br />402-0000-389.90-00 Other Non -Operating Source $154,431 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Utilities Director reconuneuded approval of the Single <br />Source Agreement with Masci General Contractor, Inc. for the utility relocates associated with the Seminole <br />County Oxford Road Expansion Project and related Budget Amendment #25-014. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Single Source Agreement with <br />Masci General Contractor, Inc. for the utility relocates associated with the <br />Seminole County Oxford Road Expansion Project and related Budget <br />Amendment #25-014, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced that persons wishing to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on <br />the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules <br />of decorum. No one came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />• Thanked the Commission for adopting the resolution supporting the public records exemption <br />for Municipal Clerks. Advised she would be mailing a copy of the resolution to the Seminole <br />County Legislative Delegation and the Governor's Office as well as the Florida League of <br />
