There were representatives present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: Fabian Gomez, 1950 Aster Drive, Winter Park, FL asked that Luz Lopez interpret for him. <br />Luz Lopez, 395 Brightview Dr, Lake Mary, FL, stated the mobile home is her moms, she bought the lot <br />and mobile home and hired someone to install the mobile home. The installer started pulling the permits, it <br />was taking some time and then the owner came to the City, and she found out she needed a carport and <br />other items before the permit could be released. Micelania Acevedo stated that the permit was applied for <br />after- the mobile horne was already in place and asked that this case be given until April 14, 2025, to achieve <br />compliance and subsequent hearing to be held on April 17, 2025. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-002935, located <br />at 520 N Winter Park Drive and was found in violation of City Code 1-4.3.a, 2-7.20.C. Land 2-7.20.c.b and <br />if there is no compliance a $150.00, $75.00, and $50.00 per day fine will be imposed. The Respondent was <br />given until April 14, 2025, to achieve compliance, and a subsequent hearing will be held on April 17, 2025, <br />to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />J. CE -24-003429: 692 Vallejo Court <br />Violation - City Code 3-10.9.c.l.a Recreational Equipment (Utility trailers, RV, Camper, ATV, <br />ETC) <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-003429, located <br />at 692 Vallejo Court. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on January 13, 2025. <br />The City requested a correction date of January 30, 2025. If there is no compliance by January 30, 2025, <br />then a fine of $75.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City <br />requested a subsequent hearing date of February 20, 2025, to determine compliance.
