Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, October 17, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of November 21, 2024, to determine compliance. There was <br />a representative present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: Jose Figueroa, 1084 Timberlane Trail, property owner. Alexandra Montalvo, 215 Melissa <br />Court, Sanford, FL, provided translating for Mr. Figueroa, her father. They were caught without a permit <br />and Tyler said they had to get a permit, and it had to be a roof contractor. The contractor finished to roof, <br />then got a final inspection and it was wrong. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000324, located <br />at 1084 Timberlane Trail and was found in violation of City Code 1-4.3 and if there is no compliance a <br />$150.00 per day fine will be imposed. The Respondent was given until November 18, 2024, to achieve <br />compliance. A subsequent hearing well be held on November 21, 2024, to determine if compliance has <br />been achieved. <br />C. CE -24-000556: 240 Golden Days Drive <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.3.c.1: Overgrowth, Weeds, Trash and Debris <br />City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2 Outdoor/Open Air Storage — Residential <br />City Code 86-162 A Connection with Public System (City Water Connection) <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that this case was being <br />withdrawn, due to a recent name change. No further action was taken. <br />D. CE -24.001041: 760 Crestview Drive <br />Violation — City Code 2-7.10.a Fence Permit Required <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001041, located <br />at 760 Crestview Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on October 14, <br />2024. The City requested a correction date of October 31, 2024. If there is no compliance by October 31, <br />2024, then a fine of $150.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of November 21, 2024, to determine compliance.
