Motion passed 5 - 0. The Public Hearing for Ordinance 0 1- 10 13 is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 9, 2001. 7. RESOLUTION 01-1287 - AGREEMENT WITH CLASSIC MARCITE INC FOR POOL RESURFACING MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to read Resolution 01- 1287 by title only. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Henson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 01-1287 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH CLASSIC MARCITE, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Mr. Fortini stated Resolution 01-1287 provides for award of bid for the resurfacing of the Wirz Park Pool to the low bidder, Classic Marcite, Inc. in the amount of $27,890.00. Mr. Fortini noted that Classic Marcite has done some repair work for the City over the past few years and their work has been satisfactory. Mr. Fortini further noted the project was anticipated to begin within the next 15 to 20 days prior to the opening of the 2001 pool season. Staff recommended approval of Resolution 01-1287 as presented. MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to approve Resolution 01-1287 as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 8. RESOLUTION 01-1288 - TEMPLE TRAIL WATER MAIN RELOCATION PROJECT MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to read Resolution 01- 1288 by title only. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Henson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
