Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, July 18, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />and the fines requested violation should be imposed to begin on July 05, 2024, and July 18, 2024. The <br />Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There <br />was no one present. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000686, <br />located at 211 Brighton Way to imposed the fines for the violation as listed — City Code 1-4.3.a $150.00 <br />per day, City Code 3-10.3.c.1 $50.00 per day, City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c.I & 2 $100.00 per day, City Code 3- <br />10.9 c. La $75.00 per day, City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 $50.00 per day, City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.Lb $50.00 per <br />day, City Code 3-10.9.e.2.b $50.00 per day, City Code 3-10.9.f $50.00 per day. City Code 2-5.3.b was in <br />compliance and no fine was imposed. <br />D. CE -24-001057: 946 N. Triplet Lake Drive <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles. <br />City Code 3-I0.9.e.2.c Designated parking— Blocking sidewalk. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer stated that case 24-001057, subsequent case <br />located at 946 N. Triplet Lake Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated June <br />20, 2024, and the fines of $75.00 and $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on July 05, 2024. CE -24-001233: 1435 Lake Drive <br />City Code 3-10.9 c.l .a Recreational equipment (Utility trailers, RV, camper, atv, etc.) - <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or Inoperable Vehicles — In Compliance <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer stated that case 24-001233, subsequent case <br />located at 1435 Lake Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated June 20, 2024, <br />and the fine of $75.00 per day should be imposed to begin on July 05, 2024. The Special Magistrate asked <br />if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case.
