Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, July 18, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />7. SUBSEQUENT CASES <br />A. CE -23-001157: 200 Lincoln Road <br />Violation — City Code 1-4.3.a No building permit <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer stated that case 23-001157, subsequent case <br />located at 200 Lincoln Road was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated June 20, 2024, <br />and the fine of $150.00 per day per violation should be imposed to begin on July 18, 2024. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There was no <br />one present. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -23-000371, located <br />at 200 Lincoln Road, it was found that the property was not in compliance and the $150.00 per day fine <br />should be imposed as requested by the City. <br />B. CE -24-000428: 1468 Park Drive <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a. I Residential designated parking — In Compliance <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer stated that case 24-000428, subsequent case <br />located at 1468 Park Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated June 20, 2024, <br />and the fine of $75.00 per day per violation should be imposed to begin on July 18, 2024. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. There was no <br />one present. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000428, located <br />at 1468 Park, City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 was in compliance and no fine was imposed, 3-10.9.f was not in <br />compliance the $75.00 per day fine was imposed. <br />C. CE -24-000686: 211 Brighton Way <br />Violations — City Code 1-4.3.a: No Building Permit - $150.00 per day <br />City Code 3-10.3.e.1: Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris - $50.00 per day <br />City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2 Outdoor/open air storage - Residential - $100.00 per day <br />City Code 3-10.9 c.l .a Recreational equipment (Utility trailers, RV, camper, atv, etc.) - $75.00 <br />per day <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a. I Residential Designated Parking - $50.00 per day <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.
