Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, July 18, 2024 <br />Page 4 <br />Violations — City Code 1-4.3 No Building Permit, In Compliance <br />City Code 2-7.20.C.1.a Mobile Home carport or garage requirements. <br />Ordinance 20-1534 Dumpsters/Roll-off Containers <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-000843 located <br />at 1660 Holliday Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on July 15, 2024. <br />The City requested a correction date of August 15, 2024. If there is no compliance by August 15, 2024, <br />then a fine of $75.00 per day per violation should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance <br />thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of August 15, 2024, to determine compliance. The <br />Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak for this case. The property owner was present. <br />Discussion: Fredy Sastoque and Vicci Cranias, 1660 Holliday Drive, gave testimony and addressed the <br />Special Magistrate. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000843, located <br />at 1660 Holliday Drive and was found in violation of City Code 2-7.20.C.1.a and Ordinance 20-1534, if <br />there is no compliance by August 15, 2024, fines of $75.00 per day per violation would be imposed. A <br />subsequent hearing well be held on August 15, 2024, to detennine if compliance has been achieved. <br />B. CE -24-001133: 1241 Lancelot Way <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.3.a.4 Roofs, Gutters, Down spouts - Maintenance <br />City Code 3-10.3.a.2 Buildings and Accessory Structures Damage/Graffiti <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001133, located <br />at 1241 Lancelot Way. The properly was reinspected and found to remain in violation on July 15, 2024. <br />The City requested a correction date of August 15, 2024. If there is no compliance by August 15, 2024, <br />then a fine of $75.00 and $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of August 15, 2024, to determine compliance. There was no <br />one present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-001133, located <br />at 1241 Lancelot Way and was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.a.4 and if there is no compliance a <br />$75.00 per day fine and Ordinance 20-1534, if there is no compliance a $50.00 per day fine, the Respondent <br />was given until August 15, 2024, to achieve compliance.
