The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />June 17, 2024. The City requested a correction date of July 5, 2024, and July 18, 2024. If there is no <br />compliance by July 5, 2024, and July 18, 2024, then the fines requested should then be imposed for each <br />day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of July 18, 2024, to <br />determine compliance. There was no one present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000686, located <br />at 211 Brighton Way was found in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the Notice of Code <br />Violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that <br />the Respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 p.m. July 5, 2024, and July 18, 2024, for the various <br />violations. If there is no compliance by July 5, 2024, and July 18, 2024, then fines of $150.00,$50.00,$ 100.00, <br />$75.00, $50.00, $50.00, $50.00, $50.00, $250.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in <br />non-compliance. A Subsequent hearing will be held on July 18, 2024, to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />E. CE -24-001057: 946 N Triplet Lake Drive <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.9.b.a.1 Business related vehicles — Commercial sign copy area- In <br />Compliance. <br />City Code 3-10.9.17 Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles. <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.c Designated parking — Blocking sidewalk. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001057, located <br />at 946 N Triplet Lake Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on June 17, <br />2024. The City requested a correction date of July 5, 2024. If there is no compliance by July 5, 2024, then <br />a fines of $75.00 and $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of July 18, 2024, to determine compliance.
