Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, June 20, 2024 <br />Page 8 <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-001057, located <br />at 946 N Triplet Lake Drive was found in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the Notice of Code <br />Violation, except for 3-10.9.b.a.I which was in compliance, based on testimony and evidence provided by <br />the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the Respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 p.m. July <br />5, 2024. If there is no compliance by July 5, 2024, then a fine of $75.00 and $100.00 per day will be imposed <br />for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A Subsequent hearing will be held on July 18, 2024, <br />to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />F. CE -24-001233: 1435 Lake Drive <br />Violations - City Code 2-7.10.a: Fence permit required - In Compliance <br />City Code 3-10.9 c.l.a Recreational equipment (Utility trailers, RV, camper, atv, etc.) - <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 Residential Designated Parking - In Compliance <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or Inoperable Vehicles <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001233, located <br />at 1435 Lake Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on June 17, 2024. The <br />City requested a correction date of July 5, 2024, for 3-10.9.c. La and July 18, 2024, for 3-10.9.17. If there is <br />no compliance by July 5, 2024, and July 18, 2024, then a fine of $75.00 per day, per violation should then <br />be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of <br />July 18, 2024, to determine compliance. There was no one present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-001233, located <br />at 1435 Lake Drive was in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the Notice of Code Violation, <br />based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. OTHER BUSINESS <br />The Special Magistrate amended the previous motion for CE 24-000428. 1468 Park Drive, to change the <br />compliance date to July 5, 2024, and not July 04, 2024, as stated in that order. <br />10.
