If there is no compliance by July 18, <br />2024, then a fine of $150.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of July 18, 2024, to determine compliance. There was no one <br />present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion: There was no additional discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -23-001157, located <br />at 200 Lincoln Road was in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the Notice of Code Violation, <br />based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the <br />Respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 p.m. July 18, 2024. If there is no compliance by July 18, 2024, <br />then a fine of $150.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A <br />Subsequent hearing will be held on July 18, 2024, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />B. CE -24-000428: 1468 Park Drive <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 Residential designated parking <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles. <br />City Code sec 14-61 (b) Tents and temporary structures: Permit required.- In compliance. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall Code Compliance Supervisor gave testimony for case CE -24-000428, <br />located at 1468 Park Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on June 17, <br />2024. The City requested a correction date of July 5, 2024. If there is no compliance by July 5, 2024, then <br />a fine of $50 per day for 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 and $75.00 of 3-10.9.f should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of July 18, 2024, to determine <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />D. CE -24-000686: 211 Brighton Way <br />Violations — City Code 1-4.3.a: No Building Permit, $150.00 per day fine, and a correction date of <br />07/18/2024 <br />City Code 3-10.3.c.1: Overgrowth, weeds, trash, and debris. $50.00 per day fine, and a correction date of <br />07/05/2024 <br />
