Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, June 20, 2024 <br />Page 5 <br />May 16, 2024, and the fines of $50.00 per day per violation should be imposed to begin on May 30, 2024. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. <br />There was no one present. Ms. Acevedo reviewed the case for the Special Magistrate. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-000446, located <br />at 686 Jasmine Road based on Code Officer testimony, the Respondents did not comply by the Order <br />imposed on May 16, 2024. It was ordered that the Respondents pay the City of Casselberry a fine in the <br />amount of $50.00 per day per violation for each day the violations exist, plus any preparation and <br />administrative fees, for each day the violation continues to exist after May 30, 2024. If the Respondent <br />brings the property into compliance, the burden shall rest upon the Respondents to immediately notify the <br />Code Compliance Officer. <br />F. CE -24-000738: 1440 Lake Shore Drive <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.9.c. Ea Recreational equipment (utility trailers, RV, camper, atv, <br />etc.). <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-000738, <br />located at 1440 Lake Shore Drive was in compliance. No further action was taken. <br />G. CE -24-000832: 1040 Osceola Trail <br />Violation — City Code 2-7.10.a Fence permit required. <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.a.1 Residential designated parking. <br />City Code 3-10.9.e.2.c Designated parking- Blocking sidewalk <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-000832, <br />subsequent case located at 1040 Osceola Trail was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order <br />dated May 16, 2024, and the fines of $100.00, $50.00, and $50.00 per day should be imposed to begin on <br />May 30, 2024. There was no one present to speak to this case.
