CE -24-000040: 148 Mark David Boulevard <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.9.c. La Recreational equipment (utility trailers, RV, camper, atv, <br />etc.). <br />City Code 3-10.9.a.1 Business related vehicles — Commercial sign copy area. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-000040, <br />located at 148 Mark David Boulevard was in compliance. No further action was taken. <br />C. CE -24-000371: 1649 Lake Drive <br />Violations — City Code 1-4.3.a No Building permit. <br />City Code 2-5.3.b Illegal land use. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 23-000371, <br />subsequent case located at 1649 Lake Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />May 16, 2024, and the fine of $150.00 per day per violation should be imposed to begin on June 17, 2024. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this case. <br />There was no one present. Ms. Acevedo reviewed the case for the Special Magistrate. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -23-000371, located <br />at 1649 Lake Drive based on Code Officer testimony, the Respondents did not comply by the Order imposed <br />on May 16, 2024. It was ordered that the Respondents pay the City of Casselberry a fine in the amount of <br />$150.00 per day per violation for each day the violation exists, plus any preparation and administrative fees, <br />for each day the violation continues to exist after June 17, 2024. If the Respondent brings the property into <br />compliance, the burden shall rest upon the Respondents to immediately notify the Code Compliance <br />Officer. <br />D. CE -24-000373: 20 Cornwall Court <br />Violations — City Code 1-4.3.a No Building Permit. <br />City Code 2-5.3.b Illegal land use. <br />City Code 2-7.16 Required garage or carport. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that case 24-000373, <br />located at 20 Cornwall Court was in compliance. No further action was taken. <br />E.
