Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2024 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-02. Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2024 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Award of Bid for RFP -2024-1109 and Agreement with Gray Matter Systems LLC for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Replacement Services and Related Budget Amendment 424-046 Introduction: Consideration to award a bid for RFP -2020-1109 and execute an agreement with Gray Matter Systems, LLC for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Replacement Services for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the term of the agreement, and associated Budget Amendment #24- 046 is requested. (Ref: RFP -20204-1109) Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #24-046 provides ample funding for SCADA replacement services for the Water Treatment Plants and Water Reclamation Facility. BA #24-046 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for SCADA replacement at the Water Plants and Wastewater Treatment Facility, in the amount of $286,368. The total project cost including contingency is $436,368.
