CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of.hme 10, 2024 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 20 <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of May 16, 2024 — Executive Session <br />B. Minutes of May 13, 2024 — Re>;ular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the May 16, 2024 <br />Executive Session and the May 13, 2024 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote 5-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />The following two proclamations were inadvertently read in reverse order to what was reflected on the <br />printed agenda. <br />B. Proclamation: Recognizing June 2024 as Pride Month <br />Mayor Henson read a proclamation recognizing June 2024 as Pride Month in the City of Casselberry. <br />A. Proclamation: Recognizing June 19, 2024 as Juneteenth <br />Mayor Henson read in its entirety a proclamation recognizing June 19, 2024 as Juneteenth in the City of <br />Casselberry, and presented the proclamation to Chairman of the Board of Trustees of historic Evergreen <br />Cemetery, Alton Williams. Mr. Williams thanked the Commission for the Proclamation and invited <br />everyone to the Juneteenth Celebration and Grand Opening of the Brawner House Museum of Historical <br />Facts featuring a collection of historic African American artifacts on Sunday, June 23'd at the Evergreen <br />Cemetery, located at 150 S. Cypress Way. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Attorney, the City Labor Attorney, <br />and the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. <br />
