MARRERO AND EDUARDO SANTIAGO ON PARCEL ID: 19-21-30-511-0000-045A (255 ASHWOOD DRIVE); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 24-3419 provides for approval of a Utility Easement Agreement with Norma E. Marrero and Eduardo Santiago for utilities located on the property of 255 Ashwood Drive. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 24-3419 approving the Utility Easement Agreement with the owners of 255 Ashwood Drive. E. Resolution 24-3420 — FY24 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2023 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2024; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 24-3420 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the second quarter of FY 2024. Budget Impact: The Second Quarter Budget Amendment Spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of budget amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2024. The Second Quarter Budget Transfer Spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 24- 3420. F. Resolution 24-3421 — Community Development Block Grant Cooperation Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY FLORIDA FOR ACTIVITIES TO PLAN AND CARRY OUT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM, THE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AND THE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
