Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended adoption of Resolution 24-3421. G. Award of Bid for RFP -2024-1108 and Agreement with Inliner Solutions LLC for Gravity Sewer Manhole, Stormwater and Lift Station Wet Well Rehabilitation and Lining Services Introduction: Consideration to award a bid for RFP -2024-1108 and execute an agreement with Inliner Solutions, LLC for gravity sewer, manhole, stormwater and lift station wet well rehabilitation and lining services, on an as -needed basis, for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 annually is requested. (Ref.: RFP - 2024 -1108) Budget Impact: Funding is available in the FY 2024 Water and Sewer Utility Fund and Renewal/Replacement Distribution and Collection and Stormwater Utility Fund accounts: • Repair and Maintenance/Sewer account 4401-0751-536.46.03 - $50,000 for manhole lining • Repair and Maintenance/Emergency account #401-0751-536.46-05 - $75,000 for emergency lining • Repair and Maintenance/Stormwater account # 110-0740-53 8.46-00 - $83,472 for storm sewer lining • Renewal/Replacement account #402-0751-536.63-12 - $400,000 for various gravity sewer lining Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended award of Bid for RFP -2024-1108 and approval for execution of an Agreement with Inliner Solutions, LLC for gravity sewer, manhole, stormwater and lift station wet well rehabilitation and lining services, on an as -needed basis, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 annually, and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve all task authorizations within the scope of the contract, subject to available funding. H. Piggyback Agreement with Aaron's Backflow Services, Inc. for Testingand nd Repair of Backflow Prevention Assemblies Introduction: Approval to piggyback Orange County's Contract No. Y24 -128B with Aaron's Backflow Services, Inc. for Testing and Repair of Backflow Prevention Assemblies, on an as -needed basis for an amount not to exceed $350,000 for the term beginning May 13, 2024, through January 31, 2025, is requested. (Ref: PBA -2024-1185) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY24 Budget at this time. However, prior to the issuance of task authorizations, the availability of finds will be confirmed.
