CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of May 13, 2024— Regular Mecting Page 3 of 23 Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2024 Budget Account No. 001- 0140-514.31-01. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as submitted. B. Resolution 24-3416 — Designating Southcot Drive, Sunset Drive, and Quail Pond Circle Shared Use Paths as Part of the Casselberry Greenway Trail System "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SHARED USE PATHS ASSOCIATED WITH SOUTHCOT DRIVE, SUNSET DRIVE, AND QUAIL POND CIRCLE AS PART OF THE CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3416 officially designating the shared -use paths along Southcot Drive and Sunset Drive, as well as the shared -use path connecting the terminus of Quail Pond Circle to Sunset Drive, as part of the Casselberry Greenway Trail is requested. Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 24-3416. C. Resolution 24-3417 — Authorizing try Manager or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute Facility Use Agreements for Various City Parks and Facilities "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE FACILITY USE AGREEMENTS FOR CITY PARKS AND FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3417 authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute facility use agreements as needed for various City parks and facilities is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Revenues generated from negotiated agreements will be reflected in future budget amendments as needed. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director reconnnended approval of Resolution 24-3417. D. Resolution 24-3419 — Utility Easement Agreement with Norma E. Marrero and Eduardo Santiago for Parcel ID: 19-21-30-511-0000-045A (255 Ashwood Drive)
