CASSELBERRv CITY COMMISSION Minutes of March 27, 2023 — Regular Meeting Page 9 of 16 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of the agreement with Risk Management Associates, Inc. for the provision of insurance agent/broker consultant services for employee benefits and insurance in the amount of $42,500 annually for three years with option to renew for two one-year terms. M. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Ali's Hope Foundation and Related Budget Amendment #23-036 Introduction: Approval of a donation from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund to Ali's Hope Foundation in the amount of $1,000 and related Budget Amendment #23-036 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #23-036 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The donation from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104- 0610-521.82-00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account #104-0000-389.90-00 by $1,000. BA #23-036 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval for the Police Department to donate $1,000 to Ali's Hope Foundation from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
