The future <br />award of this project to a contractor may then bind the City and produce a budget impact. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 15-2791. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported on various news relating to Leadership Seminole, as follows: <br />Government Day went very well, scoring a 6.5; <br />Homeless Task Force had its first meeting and is beginning to form a plan on addressing the county- <br />wide homelessness issue; <br />Education Day will be Friday, October 2, 2015 and the class will be visiting Casselberry Elementary <br />and South Seminole Middle School, and will then be going to Lake Howell High School for a <br />presentation on testing and lunch prepared by the culinary arts students. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the most recent meeting hosted by the Seminole County School <br />District at Winter Springs High School and lunch was prepared and served by the culinary arts students. <br />Representative Jason Brodeur was the speaker and presented a legislative update to the group. <br />
