Resolution 15-2789 — ADDroval of the Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR LAKE CONCORD PARK UNIT 1, A REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2789 approves the Final Plat for Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat as filed by the City, pursuant to Section 4-19.513 of the Unified Land Development Regulations. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of the Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat. G. Resolution 15-2790 — ADDointment of the Fire Chief "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW FIRE CHIEF; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 2015." Introduction: Resolution 15-2790 appoints the Police Chief of the City of Casselberry to perforin ex officio as the Fire Chief for the City of Casselberry under Section 6.03 of the City Charter, effective October 1, 2015. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval to appoint the Police Chief as Fire Chief effective October 1, 2015. H. Resolution 15-2791—Addition of the Triplet Lake Drive Realignment and Signature Street Project to Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ADDITION OF THE TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE REALIGNMENT AND SIGNATURE STREET PROJECT TO EXHIBIT C OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AND EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2791 approves the addition ofthe Triplet Lake Drive Realignment and Signature Street project to the projects listed in Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement.
