Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 15-2783. D. Resolution 15-2784 — Amendment #5 to Agreement with Milestone Professional Services, Inc. for Accounting Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT #5 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH MILESTONE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2784 approves Amendment #5 to the Agreement with Milestone Professional Services, Inc. dated October 11, 2010 for accounting services at an annual fixed fee not to exceed $18,990 and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Funds have been budgeted in the FY 2016 General Fund Finance Department Accounting and Auditing account #001-0130-513.32-00 in the amount of $18,990. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 15- 2784. E. Resolution 15-2785 —Amending the Casselberry Professional Firefighters Collective Bargaining Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING AND RATIFYING ARTICLE 34 OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE CASSELBERRY PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2785 amends and ratifies Article 34 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Casselberry Professional Firefighters. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the current City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 15-2785.
