Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as submitted. B. Resolution 15-2782 — Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Fuel Charge Adjustment Decrease "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A CONSUMER PRICE INDEX RATE ADJUSTMENT DECREASE FOR FUEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2782 approves a rate adjustment for fuel payable to Waste Pro for residential solid waste collection, decreasing the base rate per home per month from $13.40 to $13.07 for regular and special collection services and fiom $24.36 to $24.03 for side door collection services, based on fuel inflation data provided by Seminole County. Budget Impact: Budget has been provided in the FY 2016 budget in the Solid Waste Garbage/Solid Waste Other Contractual Services account #118-0730-534.34-00 in the amount of $1,570,796 upon adoption. Actual expenditures will be approximately $15,418.26 less than the budget due to this CPI rate decrease. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 15-2782. C. Resolution 15-2783 — Fourth Amendment to Operation and Easement Agreement with Target Corporation "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE OPERATION AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE TARGET TRACT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2783 approves the Fourth Amendment to the Operation and Easement Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Target corporation relative to the City -owned outparcel at the northwest intersection of US Highway 17-92 and Triplet Lake Drive (the Target Tract), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City.
