Funds for the Code Magistrate's Invoice are available in FY 2016 Budget Account No. 001- 0140-514.31-03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 16-2898 — Contingency Change Order No. 3 with Wharton -Smith Related to the Lake Concord Park Project & Related Budget Amendment 416-060 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE USE OF CONTINGENCY FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTINGENCY CHANGE ORDER NO. 003 FOR MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION ISSUES RELATED TO THE LAKE CONCORD PARK AND TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE SIGNATURE STREET PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-2898 approves the use of available GMP over-all project contingency funds of $320,152.40, related specifically to the three contingency fund requests listed in Contingency Change Order No. 003 in the total amount of $3 8,611.26, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf ofthe City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #16-060 is also requested. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment#16-060 will decrease the Lake Concord Park contingency allocation and increase the Mass Grading Project #CC1504 and Triplet Lake Drive Realignment Project #CC1501 in various amounts. Detailed accounts and amounts are reflected in Budget Amendment #16-060 and attached schedules, copies of which are attached to and made a part of these minutes. BA #16-060 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval of Contingency Change Order #3 to the contract with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for the Lake Concord Park project. This is for the relocation of fiber optic cable, conduit for the park addition and redesign/relocation of the Triplet Lake Drive entry fi•om Hwy. 17/92.
