Resolution 16-2905 — Approval of a Utility Easement Agreement with SNL Investment Properties, LLC on Parcel ID #28-21-30-300-052C-0000 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SNL INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC ON PARCEL ID #28-21-30-300-052C-0000; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-2905 approves the Utility Easement Agreement with SNL Investment Properties, LLC on Parcel ID #28-21-30-300-052C-0000, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16-2905. REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA FOR SEPARATE CONSIDERATION. (See motion on Page 6 of these minutes) E. Resolution 16-2907 — Residential Solid Waste Fuel Charge Adjustment "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A RATE ADJUSTMENT FOR FUEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASATE COLLECTION WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-2907 approves a rate adjustment for fuel payable to Waste Pro for residential solid waste collection, decreasing the base rate per home per month from $12.91 to $12.77 for regular and special collection services and from $23.89 to $23.75 for side door collection services, based on fuel inflation data provided by Seminole County. Budget Impact: This CPI (consumer price index) adjustment will result in a decrease of approximately $6,537.72 over a six-month period (from October 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017) from the rates previously charged to the City for regular and special collection services. Sufficient funding in the Solid Waste Garbage/Solid Waste account #118-0000-343.40-00 has been provided in the FY 2017 budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16-2907.
