All were present. <br />Mayor Glancy welcomed Commissioner Bill Hufford to his first official meeting as a Commissioner. She then <br />advised that the agenda had been amended to correct a scrivener's error in Item 11.13 — Public Hearing: <br />Resolution 16-2909 — Tentative Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, correcting the total City-wide <br />budget requested from $42,795,681which was the amount for the previous fiscal year, to the correct amount <br />being requested for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 of $46,975,816. She added that the Commission had been <br />provided with the amended agenda and the amended agenda had also been posted on the bulletin board and <br />copies available in the City Hall lobby for the public. <br />5. Minutes of Julv 25. 2016 — Regular Meetin <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the August 22, 2016 <br />Regular Meeting and the July 25, 2016 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote 5-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />A.
