CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a regular meeting on Monday, September 12, 2016 at <br />5:00 p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Comrnissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner— Seat No. 3 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Bill Hufford, Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney <br />Donna G. MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:04 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Mayor Glancy called for a moment of silent reflection. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />
