City Council
December 18, 1989
later
time; this can
be delineated by Certificate of
Occupancy. He stated
that
he was in the
process of applying to Seminole
County for the road-
way
improvement to
Lake Howell Road.
Mayor Dennison said the City Engineer has been in contact with Seminole
County and they have indicated that there should be no problems in ob-
taining the permits for Lake Howell. She said if problems should occur
and the County would not issue permits, the developer could proceed as
long as Derbyshire Road improvements were completed prior to Certificate
of Occupancy. Mr. Hanson agreed, stating that he had no problems with
complying with the requirements of the City of Casselberry and would
accommodate any road improvements of Derbyshire Road prior to Certifi-
cate of Occupancy. No construction vehicles are to use Derbyshire Road.
Mr. Hanson said he had met with Mr. Dennis Anderson, Fire Inspector,
and the water supply lines to the buildings will be changed to 3 inch in
diameter and include a 2Z inch backflow preventer and a 3/4 inch detector
bypass meter, as per the comments of Mr. Anderson. Mr. Hanson said he
would comply with the requirements of the Fire Department with reference
to the Club House as stated in the memorandum dated December 14, 1989
from Barry Campbell, City Planner.
Mr. Anderson said the developer has complied with Fire Department
comments.
Mr. Hanson said he would comply with Utilities Department requirement
re backflow preventers on the fire flow system.
Mr. Hanson said he would comply with Planning Department recommenda-
tions, i.e. that the orientation of the southern pool area be shown con-
sistently on the drawings and that the number of units in each Type IV
building be shown consistently.
Mr. Hanson asked that this item be moved to the regular Agenda for
consideration. Council agreed.
(19)
