City Council <br />December 18, 1989 <br />16. Homeowners Association Comments - Mr. Hanson said he had <br />submitted a letter to Mr. Larry Mackey, President of the <br />Cassel Creek Homeowners Association, in response to concerns <br />of the Association. <br />17. Performance Bond - Mr. Hanson said he would comply with <br />a 100 percent Performance Bond complete with certified copy <br />of the engineer's cost estimate and copy of the construction <br />contract. <br />18. Approved Plans/Technical Specifications - Mr. Hanson said <br />he would submit three complete sets of the approved site <br />development plan and technical specifications signed, sealed <br />and dated by a professional engineer. <br />19. State Right -of -Way Permit - Mr. Hanson said. he would_ _ comply, <br />if needed. <br />20. Seminole County Stormwater Approval - Mr. Hanson said he <br />would provide written approval f r o m Seminole County with <br />regard to the proposed stormwater improvements. <br />21. Water Management District Permit - Mr. Hanson said he would <br />provide a St. John's River Water Management District permit <br />ofr proposed stormwater improvements. <br />22. Sewer/Water Permits - Mr. Hanson said he would provide <br />SDER permits for proposed sanitary sewer collection and <br />potable water distribution system improvements. <br />23. Traffic Signal Agreements - Mr. Hanson said he would pro- <br />vide a copy of fully executed Traffic Signal Control Device <br />Participation Agreement for possible future signalization, <br />i.e. intersections of Lake Howell Road/Derbyshire Road and <br />SR 436/Cassel Creek Boulevard. <br />24. Stormwater Agreement - Mr. Hanson said he would provide a <br />copy of fully executed Stormwater Management and Operations <br />Agreement. <br />Mr. Hanson said he would comply with the annexation ordinance as it <br />relates to improvements that need to be made to Derbyshire Road and <br />Lake Howell Road. He indicated that he anticipated no problems in <br />obtaining permits from Seminole County for Lake Howell Road, but if <br />a delay should occur, he asked that the City allow him to pull his <br />permits when all City requirements have been met, all documents exe- <br />cuted and all fees paid, subject to the Seminole County permit at a <br />(18) <br />
