Comp Inc. in the total amount <br />of $3,488,233.00 for construction of the Sunset Drive Livable Street Improvements Project; approval of <br />related Budget Amendment #23-024; and authorization for the City Manager to execute change orders up <br />to a cuunulative amount of 5% as needed for the project. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve award of ITB -2021-0719 to W. T. <br />Comp Inc. in the total amount of $3,488,233.00 for construction of the Sunset <br />Drive Livable Street Improvements Project, and related Budget Amendment <br />#23-024, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individual came forward: <br />Colleen Hufford, 527 Queens Mirror Circle, expressed concerns about an incident in her <br />neighborhood on New Year's Eve involving loud sounds and a large group of people who <br />gathered in the southern golf course parking lot and left trash behind. <br />No one else came forward. <br />
