medical emergency; or 4) sufficient, reliable evidence is presented to the Alarm <br />Coordinator demonstrating an Alarm User's or Responder's inability to respond to the <br />Alarm Site. <br />See. 34-3841. - False alarms. <br />(a) For each response by the Police Department to any an alarm, the <br />Department will cause ort to be filed, classifying classify and document the <br />alarm as one of the following: <br />(1) False alarm or system test with no notification. An alarm will be <br />considered valid only if it is the result of a reported crime. <br />(2) Valid alarm for cause designated. If the alarm is valid, the call shall be <br />reclassified.) <br />(b) Upon the reception of a false alarm, or system test with no notification, the <br />Police Department shall issue a warning notice to the owner, or lessee, or manager <br />of the Premises involved. <br />�c The owner or lessee or manager must shall file a written report with the Police <br />Department within five working thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the a third <br />false alarm warning notice, indicating that the alarm system in question has actually <br />been examined by a repair service authorized by the system manufacturer, and <br />either repaired or certified to be in good working order. The report shall also <br />contain the address' ' desc ride„ of the real property upon which the seeitr-ity <br />alarm system is installed.
