Land Uses within the PMX-HIGH zoning district shall be consistent with Table 2-5.3 and development criteria shall be consistent with Table 2-5.4. Mixed-use projects shall be considered as residential land uses for the purpose of Table 2-5.3. Development must be in accordance with the specific design and development criteria adopted for both the PMX- HIGH and PMX-MID zoning categories as provided within ULDR Article VII, General Regulations and FLU Policy 1.52-2 in the Comprehensive Plan. i. Section 2-5.3. Land use by districts, is hereby amended to read as shown in Exhibit "A" attached to this Ordinance. SECTION IV. AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, SECTION 2-5.4. Section 2-5.4. Size and dimension criteria, is hereby amended to read as shown in Exhibit `B" attached to this Ordinance. SECTION V. AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE XXI, LANGUAGE AND DEFINITIONS, SECTION 5-21.2. Section 5-21.2, Definition of terms, is hereby amended, in part, to read as follows: Boat sales. All rowboats, canoes, dinghies, skiffs, rafts, dugouts, dredges, and other vehicles watercraft vessels or transportation for use on water, including inboard and outboard motorboats= „„loss otherwise indie ted; also any and including all objects tied to or connected therewith while being propelled through the water.
