On november 16th 2021 i emailed mr matt buhler about getting our lease renewal completed <br />and asked what they were redeveloping in the plaza. Mr matt told through email november <br />16th "lets chat tomorow, would love to get your renewal done, the denneys is converting to a <br />wendys" <br />On november 17th i atempted to contact mr matt buhler to finalize the renewal option i left <br />him a voicemail and an email you will see november 17th he did not respond. I try calling him a <br />few times that week and he goes casper on me for a week. <br />Finally on november 24th a week of ignoreing my calls mr buehler finally answers he verbally <br />tells me is ready to get the ball rolling to finalize the renewal and asked me if i wanted to make <br />any amendments to the renewal. I asked him through email november 24th if he could possibly <br />work with us on the base rent and add an exclusive use clause for alcohol and alchol related <br />products for the entire plaza. <br />After i send this email mr buhler diapers goes casper again for a few weeks stops answering my <br />calls or emails. I thought about how unproffesional it was for a vice president of a big <br />corporation like kitson and partners to ignore calls and emails for weeks at a time and to <br />gaslight and deflect. At around early december i was really was getting angry at this point a <br />figured some sort of con was going on behind the scenes and i wanted to bang out this renewal <br />before the holidays and end of year. <br />On november 27th I had emailed ms jill gull of foundry commercial real estate broker whose <br />sign was out in the plaza to see if she could help me get this renewal finalized and asked if <br />maybe she could help me since matt buhler was nowhere to be found.. <br />On november 29th ms jill gull says she forwarded my information back to mr ryan tuffs of kitson <br />and partners to handel the issue. <br />Of course No response from mr ryan tuffs through email..i tried calling him a few times through <br />december time to get things in motion and no response to my email from november 29th and <br />december 13th you can see mr ryan is not responsive and not responsive to calls and voicemail <br />communication regarding the renewai..i found this very unprofessional behavior for a property <br />manager to ignore someone for weeks at a time. Then comes the holidays so nobodys working <br />for a week. <br />January 3rd i call and email him and finally sends me a renewal proposal after jerking me <br />around 8 months since may 2021..he claims we missed our renewal option date which was <br />9/3/21 but he would honor the renewal rate stated in the lease. <br />The lease renewal proposal says "dear mr markovitz :we are pleased to present you with an <br />offer to extend your lease agreement as casselberry exchange plaza" <br />You can see the lease proposal document in the dropbox file. <br />At that point i assumed me and the landlord were on good terms and almost ready to move <br />foward with the renewal. I had no idea the games would continue. <br />
