On january 3rd i cced in email attorney that originally did the lease for us in 2014 "attorney <br />steven stone to check out the proposal and i responded to their email to see if they could <br />make some minor changes to the lease renewal so we can finalize it and get it done soon. On <br />january 3rd After i sent my email response i called ryan i told him i sent some changes and <br />asked about if the landlord would be willing to make the changes. On january 3 Ryan told me he <br />would contact the landlord and get back with me on an answer.. <br />By january 10th 2022 there was still no response from ryas reguarding speaking to the landlord <br />reguarding my questions. <br />On january 10th 2022 i emailed ryan and other kitson and garters were in the cc (matt buhler) <br />(craig tulepan, debbie parker) (att steven stone) <br />asking ryas hes got an answer from us from the landlord reguarding my questions to finalize <br />the renewal. Of course no response to my emails or my calls for 16 days. He went carper on me <br />again very unprofessional for someone to disapear for days in the middle of a lease renewal <br />discussion. Without their response and paperwork the renewal could not move foward. It was <br />like a game to stall me <br />On january 16th 2022 i emailed again ryan and kitson and partners staff cced along with <br />attorney steven stone <br />On january 19th 2022. Which is 16 days since i last spoke with ryan he finally takes my call. He <br />tells me the news that kitson and the landlord is wanting to put bjs wholesale with liquor in the <br />plaza right next to us. At that point I was in shook, i was in deep disbelief and i was very <br />disgusted. I told mr ryan having bjs in the plaza with us would greatly affect our sales and would <br />be extremely harmful) to our business as they buy in huge bulk for low prices and work on <br />much lower margins it would be extremely difficult to compete with them. Ryan told me he <br />would speak to the landlord and still try work with us and offer us some sort of equitable <br />solution to the conflict. I told him i was open to compromise and fair solution. I did not hear <br />from ryan for a few days. My emails go responded to <br />By january 24 2022 i call ryan he tells me the bjs lease is finalized and that he understands our <br />challenges but hes still trying to work with the landlord to find an equitable solution. <br />January 24th 2022 i follow up our call when a very frustrated email to ryan and the kitson and <br />partners team. I was very direct blunt and agravated at that point im sure he could sense it he <br />does not respond to email looking for compromise. <br />January 30th 2022 i write another agravated email still looking for compromise and a fair <br />solution <br />February 1st Ryan responds to my email <br />
