I told him thats not acceptable we <br />want to follow our 5 year renewal option that our lease says. <br />February 7th 2022..he sends me an email saying that we did not exercise our option to renew <br />before 9/30/2021. See attached email in the logs <br />Once he said This it really angered me because as you can see i have been attempting to <br />exercise my option to renew since may 2021 but it was them that was jerking me around for 7 <br />months playing games stalling the renewal. <br />On february 8 2022 in the email logs <br />I respond back to his email with my displeasure that they jerked me around for many months <br />and did not allow us to properly negotiate busines. <br />On february 8th emails logs he says that i did express any interest to exercise my renewal <br />before the 9/03/22 date. <br />He says he has no emails from me expressing any interest in renewing prior to deadline 9/03/22 <br />and in fact he says the soonest emails that he said i discussed intetest in renewal was 11/27/22 . <br />I knew for a fact that to be a lie as i went back to my email logs of june 9th i found where i had <br />expressed my interest of intent to renew. <br />On february 8th 2022 1 forward mr ryan my email logs from june 2021 that showed my <br />discussion regarding interest in renewal. <br />Ryan then disapears for 16 days Im assuming hes reviewing the situation with his legal counsel <br />On february 241[h I email him to ask if we can move forward and just get this done and wed be <br />more than willing to compromise to coexist with bjs but without them selling liquor.. <br />February 24th He responds that we missed our renewal date option he is no longer wanting to <br />offer us our renewal option. He says he will speak to his team internally lanlord and bjs and ask <br />for bjs blessing to allow them to renew our lease. <br />That was the last i heard from him or spoke to ryan <br />March 7th <br />I recieve certified mail "notice of nonrenewal" from troutman law firm saying that our lease will <br />be terminated on may 31, 2022. <br />1 spoke to attorney on the letter att madeline belford and att Stuart jones on conference we <br />had a good civil discusion how i expressed my situation on my intent to renew and asked if we <br />can find an equitable fair compromise for all parties. Mr jones said hes following the position of <br />his client the landlord agre casselberry owner Ilc the reit company that is a company of apollo <br />global management which is the parent company that has hired troutman. <br />
