start the process to start to move the bail foward for future renewal..of course it was never <br />sent. <br />Around that time in may i gave mr matt buhler a call reguarding our renewal and possible new <br />tenants to the property. He discused that him and kitson and partners were in the process of <br />redeveloping and modernizing their jamestown plaza in altamonte and he was considering <br />doing a redevelopment at the casselberry exchange plaza and mentioned possibly offering us a <br />custom buildout at the front part of the plaza closer in between einstein and 711..i told him <br />thats an interesting idea and discused how i was happy with our location just wish there was <br />less vacancy's but id like to stay in the plaza and renew my lease as is but would like to have an <br />option to expand for us to something bigger later on as custom buildout. He told me he would <br />he would speak to the landlord and get back to me in a week or so with some more ideas on <br />renewal and possible later custom build out <br />*Landord is "afire casselberry owner lic which is a large reit under the apollo global <br />management umbrella." They are the big money reit puppet master behind the scenes." <br />A week or two went by and i did not get a call back from mr buhler reguarding where we left off. <br />I tried to call him a few times within the few weeks and lefts voicemails and no responses or call <br />back so i waited about a week untill june 9th after being ignored a few weeks i got frustrated <br />and suspicious by vp mr matt buhlers disappearance so i emailed jana dupre and mr ryan tuffs <br />and reasked them again about whats going on with our renewal options and whats going on <br />with the building. on june 9th mr ryan responded that they were working with a major retailor <br />and may potentially execute a lease in a few months" <br />"he would like renew my lease but we typically start working on renewal proposals 6 months <br />out and my lease doesnt expire until 5/31/22. <br />So obviously at this point the the con has really started to pick up with a ping pong show of mr <br />ryan passing me to matt buhler and then mr matt buhler passing me back to mr ryan without <br />directly getting done what we needed to get clone -at this point i was getting frustrated that <br />they were gaslighting me deflecting me around back and forth stalling me. <br />I got quiet for a few weeks as they told me to be patient as the renewal process would take 6 <br />more months for them to get to it and i had nothing to worry about and it was all standard <br />procedure to move foward with the renewal option 6 months before the end of the lease term. <br />So i waited a few months and assumed that they were being honest telling me the truth.. <br />From july untill november i reached out to matt and ryan over phone regarding the lease ars the <br />renewal and the redevelopment of the property but they never of back to me. It app y <br />are intentionally trying to ignore me and stall me from doing the renewal. Ryan and matt were <br />my only main contacts within the company so i did not know how to move foward if they were <br />not responsive to me. <br />
