The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />11. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />Mr. Hale asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Kaitlyn Jennings, General Manager, 1120 Pointe <br />Newport Terrace, Casselberry, Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address CU 22-07. Ms. Saporito made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve case number CU 22-07 with staffs conditions, based upon the staff report and the <br />testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings contained within the staff <br />report, the eleven (11) conditions of approval and Attachments A — C. Ms. Divita seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: ZB 22-02: Zoning Map Amendment at 176 S. Winter Park Drive. A request to <br />amend the Official Zoning Map from R-12.5 (Low Density Single -Family) to PS (Public Service) for one (1) <br />parcel located at 176 S. Winter Park Drive. <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Healthy Community Manager, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum <br />dated June 8, 2022 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Fathelbab said staff <br />recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 22-02 to the City <br />Commission, based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the <br />applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan <br />as per the written findings contained in the staff report. <br />After a general discussion regarding the economic effects of this project, Mr. Hale asked if there was <br />anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. Mr. Alan Farrar, 522 <br />Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Farrar said he lives directly across the lake from this <br />property. He said this project would help clean up the water in all the lakes. Mr. Farrar wanted to ensure that this <br />project is compatible with the surrounding residential properties with the landscaping and design of the project. Mr. <br />
