Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />June 8, 2022 <br />Page 5 <br />Hale suggested that Mr. Farrar talk with staff regarding this project, He said that there is a Development Review <br />Committee (DRC) meeting that would review the project and that meeting is open to the public. <br />Mr. Fathelbab said staff needs to ensure through.the site design process that this project is compatible with <br />the neighborhood. He said staff has had conversations with the adjacent property owner and staff will ensure that his <br />property is not negatively impacted. Mr. Fathelbab stated that this item is scheduled for the July 21, 2022 DRC <br />meeting. He said the DRC agenda would be posted on the bulletin board the week of the meeting. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address ZB 22-02, Mr. Bowman made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 22-02 to the City Commission, based on the staff <br />report and the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings contained <br />in the staff report including Attachments A — B. Ms. Saporito seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: Public Comments. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Ninth Item of Business: Other Business, <br />Ms. Hyson stated that at the April Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, a gentleman spoke during <br />Public Comment and he provided information to staff. Per the City Clerk, that information needs to be provided to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a part of the record).
