Summary of proposed NNC and Biosolids rules and opinions in Technical Memorandum TM form <br />SUBTASK 002 - Alternatives Workshop and Condition <br />Assessment <br />Objectives: <br />The objective of this subtask is to brainstorm alternatives and options with CITY staff and to asses the <br />condition of existing facilities. <br />Activities <br />2.1 Site Visit <br />Conduct a site visit and make notes on condition of existing facilities and equipment to help identify R&R <br />needs. <br />2.2 Alternatives Workshop <br />Conduct a workshop with CITY staff to review and finalize condition assessment and brainstorm potential <br />options and alternatives in order to identify limited number that need to be evaluated for possible <br />inclusion in CIP. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Summary of major equipment and facilities and Condition Assessment <br />2. Workshop presentation files <br />SUBTASK 003 - Simplified Process Modeling <br />Obieectives: <br />It is anticipated that a simplified process evaluation will be needed tc assess potential capacity and <br />modifications to the existing facilities that that may be appropriate. A simplified BIOWIN model will be <br />developed for this purpose' <br />Activities: <br />3.1 Develop a simplified BIOWIN Model <br />Due to the budget constraints it is anticipated that this will be a steady state model and based largely on <br />reasonable abase on CONSULTANT past experience. <br />3.2 Modeling Meeting <br />CONSULTANT will meet with CITY to demonstrate the model for reasonableness <br />Deliverables <br />1. Modeling meeting demonstration <br />2. Model documentation in Technical Memorandum (TM) form. <br />i► <br />
