City of Casselberry <br />SUBTASK 004 - Cost Estimating and Recommendations <br />Objectives: <br />Developed planning level cost estimates and recommendations for in Iusion in CIP <br />Activities <br />Developed planning level cost estimates for one or two WWTP process alternatives and provide qualita- <br />tive analysis for recommendations purposes. Meet with CITY Staff to eview and finalize accordingly <br />Deliverables <br />Provide a TM summarizing cost estimates and qualitative analysis. <br />SUBTASK 005 - Biosolids Proposal Review <br />Objectives: <br />As identified in subtask 1, the CITY has been approached with severa proposals to biosolids treatment <br />and disposal. The objective of this subtask is to review these proposals and compare them with current <br />practices and landfilling to help develop a CIP for addressing biosolids <br />Activities <br />5.1 Develop planning level cost estimates for the options/alterna rives identified in subtask 1 <br />5.2 Develop list of advantages and disadvantages for qualitative evaluation <br />5.3 Meet with City to review and make final recommendation for CIP <br />Deliverables <br />1. Summary of planning level cost estimates <br />2. Summary of advantages and disadvantages <br />3. Meeting with CITY staff <br />4. Summarize above in TM <br />SUBTASK 006 - CIP DEVELOPMENT AND DOCUMENTATION <br />This subtask provides the documentation for CIP inclusion. The intent is not to provide a lot of verbiage, <br />but rather to provide the CIP and documentation as delivered on the previous subtasks all bound in <br />three -ringed notebook or bound document. Three copies will be delivered to the CITY. <br />PROJECT COMMENTS/ASSUMPTIONS <br />The scope of work included herein assumes that: <br />1. Data provided by CITY relative to historical flows and wastewater characteristics will be in digital <br />form. <br />2. The CITY recognizes that due to budget constraints the level o- detail involved in the scope of <br />work is more cursory in nature than typical <br />3. The City shall provide information described herein and necessary review of deliverable in a timely <br />manner as described in the proposed project schedule <br />3 <br />IC,G71Ci.�c� ,. <br />
