Scope of Work <br />assistance with permitting it shall be considered outside these scope of services and <br />negotiated separately. <br />Task 1- Data Collection and Site Visit <br />The CITY shall provide the following information to the CONSULTANT that is <br />available for the project including existing record drawings, or as -built drawings, GIS <br />data, photos, permits, and any other pertinent project data that has not already been <br />provided to the CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT will perform one site visit to <br />evaluate the condition of the existing projects. <br />Task 2 — Clarifier Improvements <br />The CONSULTANT shall perform the design to generate construction documents. <br />Drawings and specifications shall be supplied to the CITY for inclusion in the bid <br />packages. The clarifier design will include the following for both Plant No. 1 and <br />Plant No.2: replacing the drive, drive motor, clarifier mechanism, energy dissipating <br />inlet, flocculating feed well, walkway, and feed pipe/center column. Upgrades to the <br />clarifier mechanisms shall include both the top sweeper arm as well as the rotating <br />assembly collecting the settled solids on the bottom. The CONSULTANT assumes <br />that the facility will either process all flow through one clarifier or transfer flow to <br />Iron Bridge to prevent extensive outages at the facility. <br />The CONSULTANT assumes all three projects will be included in set of construction <br />documents.
