Scope of Work <br />Task 3 — Golf Course Pump Station Electrical Improvements <br />The CONSULTANT shall perform the design to generate the construction documents. <br />Drawings and specifications shall be supplied to the CITY for inclusion in the bid <br />packages. The design will include the replacement of the entire electrical system at the <br />City's golf course pump station. <br />It is anticipated that five additional sheets will be associated with Task 3. These <br />include: <br />Existing and Proposed Civil Site Plan <br />2 <br />Electrical Site Plan <br />1 <br />Electrical Single Line Diagram and Design Details <br />2 <br />Task 4 — Winterwoods Pump Station Improvements <br />The CONSULTANT shall perform the design to generate the construction documents. <br />Drawings and specifications shall be supplied to the CITY for inclusion in the bid <br />packages. The design will convert the existing Winterwoods can station to a <br />submersible station. Pump data provided by the CITY will be used as the basis for <br />design of the replacement pumps. In the event the pump data is determined to be <br />incorrect, or the existing can station cannot be converted into a submersible station, <br />the CONSULTANT shall replace this task with the replacement of another pump <br />station chosen by the CITY. The CONSULTANT may be entitled to additional <br />contract time and engineering fees in the event this occurs. <br />It is anticipated that eight additional sheets will be associated with Task 4. These <br />include: <br />Existing and Proposed Civil Site Plan <br />2 <br />Mechanical Demo Plans and Sections <br />1 <br />Mechanical Modification Plans and Sections <br />1 <br />Electrical Site Plan <br />1 <br />Electrical Single Line Diagram and Plan Details <br />2 <br />Process and Instrumentation Diagram <br />1 <br />Task 5 - Meetings and Coordination <br />The CONSULTANT shall have one review meeting with the CITY for each milestone <br />(60%, 90% and 100%), for a total of three review meetings.
