DRAFT <br />REI will: <br />- Review and summarize the current regulations that are relevant to the City's current <br />treatment processes and distribution system. <br />- Review future and proposed regulations related to both water production and <br />distribution to ensure the City has the capability to meet upcoming regulations. <br />- Prepare a regulatory review summary for inclusion into the final Master Plan Report. <br />Data Required: City staff availability, as required <br />Deliverables: <br />♦ Regulatory Review <br />TASK 6.0 — WATER HYDRAULIC MODEL STRUCTURE UPDATE <br />Previously, REI updated the City's water hydraulic model (Model) in 2009. However, since <br />that time, the City has initiated the installation of various water distribution projects within <br />the City's water service area. As such, the City's Model requires a minor update to <br />incorporate recently installed water distribution projects. <br />Task 6.1- Structure Update <br />REI will: <br />- Collect recent construction plans and as-builts from the City and meet with the City <br />design engineer of record for any additional Model related information for use in the <br />Model structure update. <br />- Incorporate piping layout and key valve closures verified during the City's upcoming <br />Unidirectional Flushing (UDF) program into the City's Model. <br />- Update Model distribution piping including six inch (6 in.) and greater diameter pipes <br />and key four inch (4 in.) loops in areas where recent construction has been conducted <br />or where City GIS shapefiles have been updated. <br />- Update pump curves, tank geometry and levels, plant piping information and <br />consecutive user connections provided by the City as needed. <br />- Incorporate planned piping based on the existing CIP and the previous Water Master <br />Plan projects for evaluation purposes. <br />- Incorporate the installation year for the distribution infrastructure based on the best <br />available information. <br />TASK 7.0 — SCENARIO MANAGEMENT AND DEMAND ALLOCATION <br />UPDATE <br />Page 5 of 14 <br />
